Sudhir Thackersey - Chairman:
Mr. Sudhir Thackersey is a Commerce Graduate of Bombay University majoring in Commerce and Economics. Immediately after his graduation in 1954, he joined The Hindoostan Spg. & Wvg. Mills Ltd. After serving the company in various capacities he joined the Board in 1969-70 and became Chairman and Managing Director of the Company in 1978 and continues to be in that position till date. He is the past Chairman of the Bombay Mill Owners' Association (1986-89), The Bombay Textile Research Association (1989-92), The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (1979-81) & (1994-96), The Textile Committee(1977-78) and The Indian Cotton Mills Federation (1998-2000). He was the past President of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF). Mr. Thackersey continues to be associated with various trade associations particularly in the field of textiles. He is also heading various Charitable and educational Institutions belonging to Thackersey family. 
 

Mr. Chandrahas K. Thackersey – Vice Chairman

Mr. Chandrahas K. Thackersey, 63, is a Commerce graduate from University of Bombay. He is associated with the Thackersey Group since 1975. He was a Chairman of ‘The Sirdar Carbonic Gas Co. Limited’. He has rich experience in the Textile Industry. Mr. Chandrahas Thackersey has been appointed as a Vice-Chairman of the Company with effect from June 8, 2011.
 

Raoul S Thackersey- Vice Chairman:

Mr. Raoul S. Thackersey is a Commerce Graduate and has been associated with the Company for more than 10 years handling various operations in various capacities. Mr. Raoul S. Thackersey was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 16.1.1997. He was a whole-time Director designated as Director - Karad (EOU). He was actively associated in the establishment and operations of the company's 100% E.O.U. Project at Karad since 1995. He has been an Executive Director of the company and actively involved in all matters of the company including implementation of the BIFR Scheme. He was re-designated as Vice-Chairman & Executive Director of the company w.e.f. 7th December 2005 and there after resigned as an Executive Director of the company w.e.f. 1/4/2008 and continue as Vice Chairman of the company.
 

Mr. Hrishikesh J. Thackersey – Executive Director

Mr. Hrishikesh J. Thackersey, 33, is a B. Com. from the University of Chicago. He is an Executive Director of the Company since April 1, 2010.
 

Abhimanyu J Thackersey - Executive Director:

Mr. Abhimanyu J. Thackersey is a Arts Graduate specialising in Economics from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and has been associated with the Company for more than 9 years. He has been designated as Executive Thackersey Group for the past 3 years. He has taken special training in various textile and garment industries in India and abroad with experience in production, marketing, finance and accounts.

Mr. D. M. Popat is a Commerce and Arts graduate as well as holds a LLB degree.
R. N. Bansal - Director
P. B. Desai – Director
Mr. P. B. Desai is a Commerce Graduate of and has previously worked as Director General of Income Tax(Investigation) Income Tax dept, and also Taxation advisor of IDBI.
