Computech Sharecap Ltd., SEBI registered category-1 Registrar as its Share Transfer Agent for both physical and demat segments of Equity Shares of the Company. Shareholders are advised to approach M/s. Computech Sharecap Ltd., for processing the transfers, sub-division, consolidation, splitting of securities, demat and remat request directly to Registrar and Transfer Agent. Shareholders have the option to open their accounts with either National Securities depository Ltd., (NSDL) or Central Depository Services (India) Ltd., (CDSL) as the Company has entered into agreements with both these depositories.
