Mr. Abhimanyu Thackersey is an Economics Graduate from The University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. He is one of the promoters of the Company. He has worked in the textile business ever since he graduated in 2004 starting with a Los Angeles based garment retailer before moving back to India in 2006 to join the family textile business. He was earlier Executive director of the Company from 09.05.2011 to 07.09.2017. He had managed the textile business of Hindoostan Mills Ltd. during the said period and led the company’s foray into technical textiles in 2011. He re-joined the Company as a director with effect from 26.06.2020, then appointed/reappointed as Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 08, 2021. He is then appointed as a Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 23, 2024.

Mr. Khushaal C. Thackersey is a Commerce Graduate. He is one of the promoters of the Company. He has experience in engineering industry and in commercial aspects of production, marketing, finance, and accounts. He joined the Company as an Executive Director of the Company since November 09, 2016; he is then appointed as a Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 23, 2024.

An engineer by profession, Mr. Akash Juneja is the President of the Company. He has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University. He has 21 years of experience in Technical Products for Textile, Paper, Steel & Automotive Industry. A visionary in true sense, he has constantly been guiding the team along with the virtues of integrity and performance values.

Ms. Shraddha is a Chartered Accountant having ten years of post-CA experience with total experience of about eighteen years in all aspects of Accounts, Taxation, Finance and Auditing with SAP exposure in Fico. She has been working with the Company since June 2015

Mr.Kaushik N. Kapasi has more than 40 years of experience in secretarial, legal and finance. Earlier , he was with Welspun group for 20 years and his last designation was Sr. VP secretarial. He is B.Com.; LL.B and FCS.
